“Development”

It was quite a journey to figure out what I really enjoy, what my passion is. During my development program at Frisse Blikken, I noticed that the quest for why I do things the way I do brings me a lot! It puts certain decisions into perspective. It shows why I react to certain things in a certain way and to others differently. And what applies to me doesn’t apply to another. He or she has their own unique perspective on the world. I find that super intriguing! I

So, I’ve made it my work. During my time at Mploy Associates as Lead Talent Development, I’m involved in the learning and development of young professionals in the early stages of their careers. Supporting them in their journey, questioning why they do things the way they do, gives me energy every day.
